12 Useful Web Apps to Get Feedback
Monday, July 20th, 2009When I was a child, I used to draw many things on paper. After that, I always wanted to hear my parents’ opinions. I’m sure I was not the first person in the world to do it because people usually want to get feedback from their actions. After all we act expecting a reaction to be triggered, this is a deep-rooted impulse. Human beings, among other things, look for shelters, food and for feedback too.
I am not writing about real state tips or recipes at this time. However, in this post, I have selected great sites to collect feedback for your projects.

Concept Feedback
Concept Feedback provides a really simple and easy interface that lets you upload your concept and get feedback smoothly. The members who participate actively get reputation points. They have already got 500 users, this is a great start if we take into consideration that it seems they launched in June 2009 they launched at the end of May.
Uservoice
Uservoice is an awesome application to get feedback from your customers in a centralized location. People can suggest ideas, report bugs, etc., these ideas can be voted by other users and you set the status of the user suggestions to Open (none, planned, started or under review), Closed (completed or declined) or Deleted (duplicate, inappropriate, other or spam). They have got really useful features.
Get Satisfaction
Get Satisfaction is a cool web app to get feedback about your products and services. It enables your company to foster problem-solving, promote sharing, and build up relationships.
Basecamp
In Basecamp you can share files, meet deadlines, assign tasks and centralize feedback. As they say: “Basecamp tackles project management from an entirely different angle: A focus on communication and collaboration”.
Pbworks
Pbworks offers many great features that help you to manage your project. Have you tried to send a document to a group of people for review? I have had and that is not a good idea because you can easily get confused when merging the final doc. This tool helps you to centralize the edition of documents.
Webproof
Webproof is a good online design collaboration tool recommended by Zvika, a friend on Linkedin.
Great tool to connect with people and to share links you like. From a feedback perspective, Twitter helps you to hear what people are saying about your company. It is a great tool to foster communication with people that build your brand presence.
Backboard
I am not a big fan of flash apps, but Backboard is a really great tool to get feedback on your documents. It is very simple to use and really shows that flash can do amazing things.
Ididwork
Ididworks is, in their own words, “a work log that you can share with your team”.
Launchly
Launchly charges you a small fee for submissions. But once you pay, you start to receive feedback from the community.
Loop11
Loop11 is a web-based user-experience tool, allowing companies to conduct remote, unmoderated usability testing on any kind of digital interface.
Conceptshare
